Produces high-clarity, precise-weight bottles ideal for pharmaceutical syrups, flat bottles and cream jars. Superior neck-finish accuracy.

EBM, Extrusion Blow Moulding

Single station, multi-station and multi-parison capability. Ideal for HDPE bottles ranging from 30ml to 5 litres across shapes and colours.

IM, Injection Moulding

For caps, closures, spoons, disc caps, flip-top caps, food trays and precision components used across pharma and cosmetic packaging.

Our in-house tool room is where ideas become steel. Equipped with industry-grade machines and SolidWorks software, we develop moulds with micron-level accuracy.

HAAS VMC Machine

Vertical Machining Centre for high-speed, high-precision 3-axis milling of steel moulds, ensuring perfect cavity geometry and surface finish.

Lathe Machine

For turning, threading and finishing cylindrical mould components with tight tolerances, a backbone of precision mould making.

Spark Erosion (EDM)

Electrical Discharge Machining for intricate cavities, sharp corners and complex profiles that are impossible to mill conventionally.

Surface Grinder

Achieves mirror-finish flatness on mould parting surfaces, critical for leak-proof seals and flawless container aesthetics.

Drill Machine

Precision drilling for water-cooling channels, ejector pin holes and mounting points, essential for efficient mould performance.

SolidWorks Software

Industry-leading 3D CAD for product design and mould engineering, every cavity modelled, simulated and validated before cutting starts.
